Meet Federico Gómez, who joined RFRK in February 2019.
What do you do at The Real Food Kitchen?
I am the Facilities Maintenance Assistant. I am responsible for conducting safety building tours, performing and overseeing preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment and building functions like HVAC + R units. I also ensure that the facility is clean, safe, and serviceable for its intended purpose.
It’s important to keep up a comfortable and useful environment for the operation of the team members.
Working with the other departments, I assist in acquiring quotes, supervising work, and coordinating various projects being carried out through the facility. I help ensure everything complies with all safety regulations and standards required by law.
What do you love about working for RFRK?
In addition to their quality of people, I have the opportunity to share my knowledge from my past experiences and acquire more skills and knowledge for my professional development.
If you were a superhero, who would you be?
Superman, because he sees the world in other perspectives and dimensions than others. He is humble, collaborative and always ready to protect and help those in need.
