Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds will be issued for Real Food Lunch Club cancellations / withdrawals under the following conditions:
- Full program withdrawal: Balance for the remaining service days will be refunded in full. Requires notification by phone or email 10 business days in advance of the withdrawal / refund date.
- Temporary program withdrawal (up to 2 weeks absence): You will be refunded for all missed service days. Requires notification by phone or email 5 business days in advance of the withdrawal / refund date.
Refunds cannot be provided for additional items purchased through Real Food for Real Kids (e.g. lunch ware container) unless that item was damaged upon arrival, in which case, a full refund will be applied. Please notify Real Food for Real Kids by phone or email within 5 business days of receiving any damaged goods.
All refunds will be issued by cheque or refunded to your credit card. Additionally, you may choose to donate your refund to our non-profit program Real Food Forward.
