Founded in 1925 by Ame Jensen, Jensen Cheese is still a family-run business all these years later. The Jensens and their team remain committed to the same values and standards that they've held for nearly 85 years, and their attention to every detail of their production is evident from the very first taste of their delectable artisan cheeses.

Jensen Cheese produces everything from mild cheddar to varieties that are aged longer than some of our younger eaters; they've shown that it's possible to diversify without diluting the quality of your product. It's obvious that almost a century of experience has provided Jensen Cheese with know-how that they're putting to good use!
